Robert Ekstrom joins Couchbase as VP EMEA

Robert has over 20 years’ experience running commercial operations in the infrastructure segment. He joins Couchbase from Workato where he recently led the EMEA organisation and managed to triple revenues over the last 12 months. Prior to this, he ran Blue Prism in Europe, up to the point they were acquired and in this role he held revenue responsibility for over $100M. Earlier in his career he had leadership roles in ServiceNow and EMC.
