Due to continued rapid international growth and strong customer demand, Bitrise is investing heavily to create its first global Customer Success organisation to help customers extract maximum value from the product. Based in Boston, Katie will be responsible for customer onboarding, support and renewals throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Katie joins Bitrise from Acquia where she helped to create the highly successful Customer Success team as the global business grew from 60 people to more than a 1000 people during more than 9 years she was with the company. Acquia was acquired by Vista Equity Partners for a reported $1 billion in 2019.
