Clarke Wallace joins Reliance Health as SVP Customer Success

CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA

Renaissance are pleased to announce the appointment of Clarke Wallace as SVP Customer Success at Reliance Health

Founded in 2016 by Femi Kuti, Opeyemi Olumekun, and Matthew Mayaki, Reliance Health is on a mission to make quality healthcare accessible and affordable in countries where the dominant path to healthcare has been to pay at the point of access. Reliance Health uses technology and data science to build an integrated health system that includes affordable health insurance, telemedicine and a combination of partner and proprietary healthcare facilities. This allows them to offer innovative healthcare solutions that meet the needs of customers in emerging markets.

Reliance received an early injection of funding from Partech Partners, Y Combinator and Tencent. The business announced a subsequent $40m Series B round, led by General Atlantic, in February of this year. In line with their international expansion model, they have made the following hire to their executive leadership team:

Clarke Wallace – SVP Customer Success

Clarke is a highly experienced Customer Success and Customer Operations leader. He joins Reliance Health from cloud-based benefits management platform, Benefitfocus, where he held the position of VP Employer Customer Success.

Clarke brings a wealth of expertise in leading employer Customer Success teams accountable for value, retention, and growth across international territories. He has also established and expanded new market segments and has led Customer Service teams in emerging markets such as India and the Philippines. He holds an International MBA from the Thunderbird School of Management.

Clarke has joined to lead Customer Success activity across all global locations, establishing Reliance Health as a leading customer-centric health tech brand on the world stage.
