Steve joined Renaissance in 2008 and is a Partner in the Digital Practice. With 15 years’ experience in executive search he has a successful track record of building international leadership teams for some of the world’s most exciting digital consumer businesses.
Steve’s clients are a mix of privately held, often VC or Private Equity backed, start-ups and fast growth companies - additionally he also works with a sprinkling of corporate consumer firms undergoing digital transformations. Operational across all the main functional areas, he regularly conducts assignments in Product, Marketing, Growth, Data, Sales/Commercial, Operations and Strategy, with a focus on both C level and senior leadership opportunities.
Prior to joining Renaissance, Steve worked as an account director for the digital consulting firm Steria, and in the mid to late 90’s he helped build a successful London based recruitment start-up that specialised in helping US software firms establish EU HQs.
