Research Director
Emma is currently a Researcher at Renaissance Leadership, working within the Global Technology Practice. Prior to joining Renaissance, Emma spent over three years working on a variety of senior appointments within the TMT, automotive and industrial space at Miramar Global. She began her career in executive search within Gillamor Stephens, a boutique search business specialised in the technology and digital sectors, where she worked on leadership roles within spin-out, high-growth and PE backed businesses.
Emma holds a BA Hons in French Studies (2:1) from the University of Warwick and has also previously spent time in Paris working within a start-up SaaS company.
