Hubble appoints Gordon Smith and Fred Kisielewski

Renaissance are delighted to announce that Gordon Smith has joined Hubble as VP Revenue to lead the commercial teams as the business embarks on its exciting next phase of growth.

Gordon joins Hubble with extensive commercial leadership experience gained in both high-growth, VC backed companies and well-known global organisations. As VP Sales and Customer Success EMEA at Hired, he was the first Sales Leader outside North America and grew the business in Europe from $1m to $10m ARR and a team of 7 to 35. Hired is the largest talent and hiring marketplace for technology and sales professionals globally, the business was successfully sold to Adecco in 2020. Gordon has previously held senior sales and account management roles with Localyze and LinkedIn. Gordon started his career in recruitment with Michael Page.

Fred Kisielewski has joined Hubble as Head of Demand Generation to focus on developing long term customer engagement, as the business embarks on its exciting next phase of growth.

Fred joins Hubble with extensive commercial marketing expertise, having worked within a range of VC backed high growth and early-stage organisations. As VP Marketing for Healthily, he oversaw a significant increase in monthly app users as well as doubling the company’s website traffic to 1.5m sessions per month. Healthily is the world’s first medically approved self-care platform designed around the customer and combining responsive AI with insights and tools. The business has recently undergone a round of investment receiving $20m on a valuation of $150m. Fred previously held acquisition and marketing roles for Nested, Tide and Funding Circle. Fred started his career as an intern with ChannelFlip Broadcast New Media.
