TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA
Ada, the automated customer experience company that provide chat bots used in customer support, makes two exciting executive hires.
Founded in Toronto in 2016, Ada has developed an AI-powered software platform to support customer service teams in large businesses. Ada’s chatbot allows customer support teams to provide automated responses to inbound customer requests and questions, to allow customers to receive answers to their own questions more quickly than human-staffed customer support.
In May last year, Ada raised $130 million USD in Series C financing to make them a Canadian unicorn. The funding news came just over a year after Ada raised a $63.7 million CAD Series B round. Ada has been using the fresh capital to fuel its global expansion efforts, grow its team to over 500 people, and invest in research and development.
