Will has over 20 years experience in HR/Talent Consulting, Leadership Development and Executive Search with Hewlett Packard and Korn/Ferry International. As an Associate Partner he provides an independent consulting service for Renaissance, designing and delivering discrete Executive Assessment, Organisational Design and Leadership Development programmes with our clients.
Whilst at Hewlett Packard as HR Strategy and Programmes Director Will was responsible for the organisational re-design of 2 critical teams (Operations, Sales) and the establishment of a completely new function (Cloud Consulting) within HP EMEA. Working across over 35 EMEA locations, Will conducted the planning and implementation of the first phases of the EMEA Transformation programme, providing critical assessment, executive search and coaching expertise to the EMEA Leadership team. This programme included the assessment and selection of all key executives (over 60 delegates) and the sourcing of additional senior executives to augment critical skills and experience.
