Steve joined Renaissance in 2008 and is a Director in the Digital Practice. With almost 14 years’ search experience, Steve has a successful track record of building senior teams for global consumer businesses, with particular expertise in Product and Marketing leadership roles.
Steve’s clients are a mix of privately held, often VC or Private Equity backed, fast growth companies, as well as some leading international consumer businesses. Steve is operational across all the main functional areas and regularly conducts assignments spanning Marketing, Product, Finance, Commercial, Technology, Operations and Strategy, with a focus on both C level and Senior Leadership opportunities.
Prior to joining Renaissance, Steve worked as an account director with the digital consulting firm Xansa (now Steria), and also helped build a successful recruitment start-up that specialised in helping US software houses establish their European HQs.
