Sharon has recently joined Renaissance Leadership as a Research Manager with a focus on Technology and Digital Leadership. Having left University with a First Class Honours degree in Financial and Investment Analysis from University of Delhi, Sharon joined Heidrick and Struggles as a Research Analyst focusing on candidate mapping and creating business intelligence reports for senior level global mandates. She then moved to the UK to join a financial services search boutique, Sheffield Haworth as a Research Associate in the FinTech practice working on global mandates for C–Suite executives to deliver transformational change in the technology and digital space. Sharon then joined Penna in 2016 and delivered various Board and C-level mandates where commercial and technical expertise is required to deliver change.
Sharon has a strong research background with the majority of her experience gained in international searches and is passionate about delivering diversity within senior level hiring processes.
