Caroline joined Renaissance in 2008 providing project and research support within the Digital and Global Technology practices. She has assisted on recent global leadership projects in a Research and Project Management capacity.
Prior to joining Renaissance, Caroline worked as a Consultant in the Management Consultancy sector at Prism. Previously she worked for Software and Telecomms corporates and earlier in her career spent time at Michael Page and Robert Walters.
