Addison Lee, the premium taxi and delivery services business, has appointed Robert McGinn as Commercial Director B2B and International Development.
Robert joins Addison Lee from Experian (the international credit and information Services group) where he was Sales Director EMEA returning the region to top line growth with revenues of over $200m. Prior to his role at Experian Robert worked in senior commercial roles for BT Global Services and Verizon.
Founded in 1975, Addison Lee is a premium taxi and delivery services business operating out of its HQ in London, where it has a fleet of 5,000 taxis and transports over 10m customers each year. Addison Lee is the largest private hire car operator in the UK and has the biggest fleet of any operator across Europe.
The business has a staff of 700 and is owned by Private Equity Group Carlyle.

Just Eat, the FTSE listed global consumer internet company, has appointed Siddharth (Sid) Baveja as Global Head of Sales Development.
Sid joins Just Eat from Viagogo (the online ticket marketplace) where he spent five years, most recently as Director of Sales Operations and New Markets, where he launched the Sales Operations Group across 14 countries. Prior to Viagogo Sid worked as a financial analyst with Goldman Sachs out of their Houston office. Sid studied in the U.S. and attended the Tuck School of Business.
Just Eat is one of the most successful global consumer internet companies to launch in Europe in the past decade. The business is approaching $4.5bn in valuation and has continued to expand its global footprint since their IPO. This role gives a rare opportunity to play a lead role driving the international expansion of a European headquartered internet company.
In his new role Sid will influence growth strategy across Just Eats’ global markets by supporting, leading and managing initiatives to bring a more data centric, innovative approach to driving revenue growth.

Ricardo joins ATG Media from Globe Telecom where, as Head of Globe Europe, he set up their UK operations from scratch. Prior to his role at Globe Telecom Ricardo worked at Google (Motorola division) and Bain & Co. Ricardo holds an MBA from Insead and a BA in Electrical Engineering.
ATG Media is the global provider of live webcast and timed auctions with offices in London and Seattle. As pioneers in the industry, ATG Media saw an opportunity to bring together buyers and sellers online, launching the-saleroom.com in 2001 and i-bidder.com in 2007. With the acquisition of BidSpotter in 2013 the company has continued with its strategy of rapid growth. The business has further plans to grow through potential acquisitions, organically, as more categories are added at auction, and as they develop white label auction platforms for auctioneers not currently using their brands.
In June 2014 ECI partnered with ATG Media and existing investor Mobeus Equity Partners to take the business forward. The investment will enable the company to continue with the international acquisitive expansion strategy pursued under Mobeus’s tenure.
